Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Venezuela and all 27 countries of the European Union.
Shipping cost and delivery time
- Express shipping: $2.50 flat rate per order.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days, with tracking included.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way.
Delays, customs and duties
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or peak seasons are outside our control.
- Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Missing or lost packages
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us: we'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
