30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Try your Zoodla in your kitchen for 30 days. If it doesn't make veggie prep faster and easier, contact us and we'll give you a full refund. No hassle, no fine print.
How to claim your refund
- Email us at zoodla.co211@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, we'll ask for a photo or short video of the product you received.
- Once your claim is approved, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Fair-use conditions
- One money-back guarantee per customer (per person, household, shipping address, email or payment method).
- The guarantee does not cover orders bought for resale.
- We may decline claims that show signs of fraud or abuse.
- If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, it counts as your guarantee claim.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, at our choice, at no cost to you.
Returns
You don't need to send the product back to use the guarantee. Returns sent without our prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped. Once shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're still covered by the 30-day guarantee.
Customers in the European Union
You also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise it, email us with your order number. If you return the product under this right, return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it.
